  • Computer Security:
    • Computers must be locked (Ctrl+Alt+Delete or Windows+L) when unattended and shut down at the end of each day.
    • Passwords should never be written down or left visible near workstations.
  • Sensitive Information:
    • Confidential documents should be removed from printers, fax machines, and copiers immediately upon completion.
    • Whiteboards containing sensitive information must be erased after use.
  • Storage:
    • Provide adequate locked storage for securing documents and removable media when not in use.
  • Waste Disposal:
    • Sensitive documents must be shredded or disposed of in designated secure bins.
